CODE RED Practice

We practiced Code Red today.  -Brady
If there's someone dangerous in the school, we have to do code red.  -Trinity
We have to line up quietly and pretend there's nobody in our classroom.  -Jeffery
No hiding in the coats.  -Neil
Mrs. Bailey had to lock the door, turn off the lights, and guard us.  -Gracelyn
We were as quiet as mice!  -Kayli
They came around to check if our door was locked.  -Draycen
I was very scared.  -Ava

I was a little bit scared in the dark.  -Addyson

Pizza Party!

We earned a pizza party because we raised the most money for our school.  -Trinity
It was called Math-a-rama, and we practiced lots of math!  -Kayli
Today was the pizza party and is was soooo good.  -Gracelyn

We Remember

We had a special assembly today to remember the soldiers.  It was quiet there.  -Drew
We remember all the soldiers who died in the war.  -Brady
We put a class wreath at the front.  Trinity and Corey got to take it.  -Addyson
Everyone got a poppy to wear.  -Kate
There was two soldiers there that had fought in the war.  -Draycen
There was beautiful wreaths at assembly.  -Gracelyn
There was a cenotaph at the front.  -Halen
We put wreaths around the cenotaph.  -Ethan
There was bagpipe music.  -Jeffery
The horn was too loud for my ears.  -Neil
There was flags at assembly.  -Trinity
It was a very serious day.  -Kayli
Remembrance Day is on November 11th.  -Ava

Halloween Fun

We had a Halloween parade.   -Brady
