Our class had so much fun today! We had a parade and then a class party this afternoon. Here are some of the pictures. We sure love Halloween!

The Great Pumpkin Math
We guessed and measured how tall the pumpkin was. -Elissa
We guessed how many pumpkin seeds there were. -Jesse
We cut the pumpkin open and scooped out the guts.-Anna & Airianna
We got to touch the guts. I liked it! -Shayla
The guts were very disgusting! -Josh
We dug out all the guts! -Kynan
We guessed how many seeds were in the pumpkin. Then we put the seeds on ten frames. -Danika
We counted by tens to find the total amount of seeds.
There were 557 seeds! -Brooke

Our Terry Fox Run
We ran down River Road and raised money to find a cure for cancer. -Nolan
We ran or walked and got to pour water on our heads because we were so hot! -Danika
After the walk, we got to have ice cream! -Brooke
We ran a long ways. We went to Donald Road and back. -Chelsey
I liked doing the Terry Fox run! -Dylan

Everyone at St. Andrews school ran for Terry Fox! -Kennedy

Terry Fox didn't make it all the way across Canada. He ran to Thunder Bay. -Jesse
